Lasse comes from the practical side. Three years on tour worldwide with Robin Schulz and Felix Jaehn, plus experience in pop and festivals from Tomorrowland to Parookaville. The result: an international network and a feel for how artist careers really work.

Alongside that, he has been studying law in Osnabrück since 2018. At SMS he runs the company, the music management and the operational build-out.

Kay has been a partner at Struif, Müffelmann & Partner since 1990. More than 30 years of drafting and negotiating contracts – from the first draft to the signature.

At SMS he is responsible for music law: artist, label and publishing deals, licensing and rights exploitation. He reads contracts the way they get read in a dispute.
