What drives us
SMS Management Sport & Entertainment was founded because we kept seeing the same patterns in football and music.
In football, careers fall apart over bad decisions or contracts. In music, artists burn themselves out on tour while others profit from their songs. Often nothing is done until it's already too late.
We know these challenges from our own experience. Lasse from several years on tour, Jan from over 120 matches in professional football, Jakob from sport law, and Kay from decades in leadership positions in sport.
These different perspectives still connect us today. That's why we choose long-term thinking over short-term wins, individual care over standardized solutions, and substance over quick fixes.
